I have recently restarted on my goal to do 100 continuous pushups. Using an app on my phone https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rittr.pushups&hl=en which tells me how many sets to do and how long a break to take between sets. For not this is working and I am up to 132 pushups in 8 sets (max of 18 in 1 set). This is working out for now. Lets see when I can get to a 100.
